Last month, we talked how ErgZone allows coaches and athletes set up Interval Intensity based on a Benchmark; this month, we will dive into what Dynamic Intensity looks like.
Dynamic Intensity allows interval targets—pace or power—to adjust in real-time, based on performance during the workout. Instead of relying on static targets set in advance, each interval can adapt based on what you just did. |

🇧🇷 🇪🇸 🇸🇪 🇫🇷 We’re excited to announce that the ErgZone will be available in other languages. We’re rolling out in-app translations soon — starting with: Brazilian Portuguese, Spanish, Swedish and French.
Language support will roll out in the coming weeks. Once it’s live, you’ll be able to use your device’s language settings or manually select your preferred language in the app settings.

We’ll be at COB EXPO with CBND (Confederação Brasileira de Desportos na Neve), supporting their space with a setup that includes Indoor Skiing and a Biathlon (ski + target shooting) experience. Come visit the CBND booth to see how indoor performance meets winter sports training.

We’re heading to the UK for the ErgFest and Driathlon Finals, happening in Nottingham.
Both competitions will put the BikeErg, SkiErg, and RowErg to the test in creative, high-effort formats.
We’re proud to sponsor Tribe, a high-energy relay where teams of four battle to rack up the most calories in 40 minutes. It’s a unique end-of-season challenge, and we can’t wait to cheer everyone on.

This multi-week competition—created by two powerhouses in the indoor rowing community—is built to test your power, pacing, and grit across a variety of erg challenges.

Event 4 of the World Rowing Virtual Series 2025 has been announced and is live through September 30 at 23:59 UTC.
The workout is a 8 x 1 minute ON / 1 minute OFF. Your goal is to match your distance across all 8 intervals. Scoring is the total distance minus 10m for every meter of variation from your first interval. Consistency is the key for this one.
